Our story
We started Upliftor because clarity was missing.
College students — especially in low-tier colleges — often aren't clear on what they're doing or building. So when placement time arrives, they get stuck. Upliftor exists to remove that struggle: real internships, real direction, real momentum.

Upliftor is a program of Destro Sec · MSME-registered startup, Tamil Nadu, India. Last updated June 2026.
1. What we collect
When you register we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, college/institution, chosen domain or department, and account password. We may also store basic notes related to your application and program progress.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to review applications, run our selection process, deliver programs, issue certificates, and contact you about Upliftor. By registering, you consent to Upliftor and Destro Sec using your data for these purposes.
3. Selection is at our discretion
Submitting your details does not guarantee a place. We may select or not select any applicant at our sole discretion, based on fit, capacity and program requirements.
4. Sharing
Your data stays within Upliftor and its parent Destro Sec. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where required by law or with mentors/partners directly involved in delivering your program.
5. Your choices
To access, correct or delete your data, email us at upliftor@destrosec.com and we'll help. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
6. Updates
We may update this policy as Upliftor grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

1. Acceptance
By registering for or joining any Upliftor program, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Programs & fees
Cyber Security Basics and IoT Security Basics are free. Web Development (₹2,000) and Engineering using Claude Code (₹8,000) are paid courses — the fee is paid by the student. Fee details are confirmed at enrollment.
3. Admission
Admission to any program is at Upliftor's discretion. We may accept or decline any applicant.
4. Certificates
On completion we issue an Upliftor certificate recognising the work you did with us. Whether any other organization, college or workplace recognises this certificate is entirely their decision and outside Upliftor's control or responsibility.
5. Use of the Upliftor name & misuse
The Upliftor name, logo, certificates and materials belong to Destro Sec. Forging, faking or impersonating Upliftor — including counterfeit certificates or false association — is strictly prohibited. Anyone who forges or misuses our identity will face legal action.
6. Conduct
We expect honest, respectful participation. We may remove anyone who is dishonest, disruptive, or in breach of these terms, without refund.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu.
